We openly invite everyone to read about our adventures: past, present, and future. However, all that do so should understand several things about us and our experiences prior to making judgments or commenting on the blog.
First, this blog is a rebirth of sorts. We had a running blog for some months when our project first began, but unwarranted comments and major setbacks caused it to fade into the wind, as it were. What we would like to do here is to share as well as document what we are doing, to preserve our efforts historically, and perhaps inspire others that are like minded. :-)
Second, make no mistake, this is our blog. We will publish what we feel is worthy and in our own way. We are not politically correct by any stretch of the imagination, so if you are faint of heart you should be forewarned. Our faith is all but lost and our personalities reflect that directly, and unlike most people in this modern world we are as direct and true in this blog as in person. Our friends will attest to this.
Most important! Our adventure and the creation of the blog, new and old, are for one sole purpose; to gather information and ideas to help this thing get done! We need expertise!
As a result of our needs we will not put up with any of the standard Internet bullshit! We have tried sites like EXPEDITION PORTAL, STEEL SOLDIERS, and PIRATE 4X4. Most have some great information, but all too often fragile little egos ruin the thread. Differing opinions often turn into petty little schoolgirl wars that always get off topic and end as ego wars, with no contribution to the project. So, any unnecessarily derogatory comments or input will be deleted immediately. DON'T CHIME IN ON THIS BLOG JUST TO TALK SHIT! ;-)
FINALLY! We treasure our privacy and are sharing our tale in a somewhat anonymous fashion, so be understanding. There are reasons for our taking of this approach.
