Spent the day wrapping up Matilda's paint job and getting her ready for the outing tomorrow. And she looks great in camo. Pretty much
getting back to normal after the shot effects as well.

Think we are calling the paint job done on the passenger side of the Dragon Wagon today. Then turned our attention back to the shooting trailer. Getting loser everyday to be ready to finish the glass work.

Got a good start on the passenger side paint job today. Ran out of paint so we went back to the trailer tail end. Solid day overall.

Day two of the main flooring install. Still spending a lot of time waiting for primer to dry but, the floor is coming along nicely. We were about half way by the end of the day.

So, today was the day to start the flooring. Boy did this not go as planned!
The epoxy was very open after the sanding and it swallowed up the first coat of adhesive primer so, we put on a second coat on for good measure. Worked out very well in the end. The only down side was the dry time of better than 90 minutes per coat with the humidity being as high as it has been lately. Then there is the factor of Soldier A's short arms. He could only lay two foot sections at a time. 😂
Guess we will be doing flooring tomorrow as well.

Finally got the rest of the floor sanded as flat as it can be. Working on his hands and knees for the last few days has left soldier A walking around like a hunch back. 😂 But, it's now ready for the final flooring tomorrow.

Covid is still keeping us on lock down at the motor pool, but that just means getting more stuff done. today was lots more epoxy.
Then Soldier A had to come to grips with the fact that no matter how much he hates to paint it was time to start sucking it up and put time in the bathroom prepping and priming the case work. All together a really good day.

With the lock down continuing we are being responsible and staying inside the motor pool compound. This isn't a bad thing though. Stuff continues to get done every day.

Today was more sanding and prep for primer. Not very glamourous but it has to get done. 😂😂
We also got the second coat of primer on in the hanging closet area.

While all the sanding was going on we also rolled out the last three heavy coats of epoxy in the refrigerator compartment. Now that area of the floor is ready for block sanding in preparation for the floor tiles.
A quick side note on tools and equipment. The new 20 volt Dewalt cordless sander hooked to the shop vac is a real pleasure to use, unless overhead of course. It's probably 90% or more dust free. 😁

More progress today while dealing with the horrible things are happening on the globe. Our best wishes to everyone.
We got a lot more work done on preparing for the floor installation. Floated out the pass through areas and block sanded the first section of main floor in preparation for the final three coats of epoxy that we are going to apply.
Once all of the main floor gets the three coats we will block it out one last time and then prime it for the floor tiles.

With all this Covid-19 BS going on we are way behind on posting progress reports on the Dragon Wagon. That doesn't mean there hasn't been any. With the first part of our event season, at the least, we have turned the majority of our attention towards Tiffany.
We will try and catch up as quickly as possible.

So, this morning is a casting call for any of our friends that want to bring their hotrods, min trucks, or classic ride out to the Bonney Lake Grocery Outlet to be in a infomercial about the charity car show in Tacoma on May 2nd.
We will be shooting Wednesday March 4th in the afternoon.
